Q: “Do I need an account to order?”
No. You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account helps you track orders and manage returns faster.
Q: “What sizes should I choose?”
Most items fit true-to-size. Check the Size Chart link on each product. If between sizes, we suggest sizing up for hoodies.
Q: “Care instructions”
Turn garment inside out, cold wash, gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on print.
Orders & Shipping
Q: “How long does processing take?”
3–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Q: “How long is shipping?”
Estimated 7–14 business days after processing. Times may vary due to carrier/weather/holidays.
Q: “What are your shipping rates?”
Standard: $4.95 for $0–$99 orders. Free Shipping for orders $100+.
Q: “Do you ship internationally?”
If your country appears at checkout, we can ship. Duties/taxes are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
Q: “How do I track my order?”
You’ll receive a tracking email once shipped. Please allow 24–48h for scans to appear.
Q: “Can I change/cancel my order?”
Email us ASAP. If fulfillment has started, we may not be able to edit or cancel—standard returns may apply after delivery.
Q: “My package shows delivered but I can’t find it”
Check with household members/neighbors and the carrier. If not found, email us within 7 days and we’ll assist.
Q: “Will my order ship in one package?”
Items may ship separately for speed. You’ll get tracking for each parcel.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: “What is your return window?”
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused/unwashed items in original packaging.
Q: “How do I start a return?”
Email support@gettrendmerch.com with order number, item(s), and reason. We’ll issue a Return Authorization with the correct return address.
Q: “Who pays return shipping?”
If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), we cover it. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Q: “Exchanges?”
Fastest method: start a return and place a new order once approved. We can help confirm stock.
Q: “When will I get my refund?”
After we receive and inspect the return, refunds go to your original payment method. Banks typically post within 5–10 business days.
Q: “Item arrived damaged/incorrect”
Contact us within 7 days with photos of the item, packaging, and label—we’ll replace, credit, or refund.

Q: “Which payment methods do you accept?”
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal.
Q: “Is checkout secure?”
Yes. Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Shopify Payments/PayPal). We don’t store full card details.
Q: “Can I use more than one discount code?”
One promo code per order unless noted. If you forgot to apply a code, email us quickly—if the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to help.
